After standing and waiting on Tammy to finish her smoke break (did not wash her hands after doing so) neither did she greet me as a customer. Anyway, I’m finally able to place my order which she was very snobby about, after placing my order and scanning the app to use my rewards, she tells me “oh our system is not accepting rewards right now” This should have been mentioned before taking an order! She should be working in the back of Kroger with that nasty attitude! She should not be working with customers! Makes Starbucks look bad!!! I’ll stick with Dunkin!
Every time i go here the blonde headed women OR the dark long haired women with green dyed ends are working, they fail to greet me, poor customer service EVERY TIME. I have called and complained, nothing happens. I used to come here about twice a week, now they’re never open. It is truly baffling that the manager has been able to continue working as long as she has. must have some agreement with upper management. I have never in my 61 years seen such a hateful and dishonest manager get away with as much as she does. Bad experience after bad experience here. They go through baristas like hot cakes! There is only one good barista there, Stephen, bless his heart!!! Kroger: if your turnover rate is as high as it is in one singular department- the problem isn’t the employees. It’s your manager.
Visited three times this week and they're never open. When they are open TAMMY fails to greet anybody. Service is always terrible if she's working. I have no idea why she still works there. She once reprimanded her employee is front of me and it was extremely uncomfortable for both the employee and me.
Too bad I didn't go there I wasn't paying $5 for a cup of coffee.
