The Salvation Army Kroc Center Of Augusta

Went in to sign up to utilize the facility.They didn't give my Silver Sneakers card back to me. For sure they realized at some point they still had my card but NEVER bothered to call me to let me know they had it in their possession. I thought that was VERY inconsiderate and rude. They have all of my information so they knew how to ccontact me. When I realized they didn't give my card back, I called for 2 days and left several messages but no one returned my call. I finally talked to Donna who said she will mail my card today. Hopefully I will get it in a few days.

Tried to lap swim today. Checked the hours on the pool schedule before going and saw lap swim would be open from 5-7 pm. Got in the pool at 5:15. Tons of kids and teens playing in the lap pool, jumping in, throwing balls etc. Tried to swim against the wall, kept almost running into kids and getting hit by balls. Couldn’t even get a few laps in. Very disappointed by staff and lifeguard for not maintaining any open water for patrons trying to swim during lap swim hours.

You really can have it all. A CLEAN and well-built gym, phenomenal child-care, an indoor waterpark for rainy days, spacious hot tub, well-lit bathrooms for getting ready in, etc…Absolutely worth every cent. Honestly, the child-care alone would be enough to warrant a membership.

Its a really good place for activities but I haven't been there in over 5 years

This an amazing place. Makes me feel like a kid again. I enjoy the aqua center and line dancing classes. Beautiful facility and very friendly staff! It's a place for every age.
