Topgolf - Augusta-Richmond County

Fun cold, but toasty warmth under the bays. Had a round of everything on the appetizer menu and my favorite was the pickle chips and cheesy macaroni bites. Customer service was awesome.

This is not the first Topgolf I’ve been to and the service was not impeccable…we had to look for our waiter on multiple occasions. They brought food with no silverware and disappeared, we had to get up and go to the nearby station to ask another employee for utensils. When The game ended we were waiting for her to bring the check and she was nowhere to be found, we waited for about 15 -20 minutes and she finally came around. There were multiple spiders in the sitting area and the waiter just pointed at it and said “oh look “….? so we had to kill the spider along with a few more ..The game itself was fun and we had a good time aside from the fair customer service . I’m used to the 2 level top golf and this was just flat surface which was ok. But top golf contractors should keep the 2 levels it’s all about the atmosphere and experience!The parking is weird. The front door is on the side of the building . They have only handicapped parking at the front entrance (which is totally expected) but the regular parking is a little further from the door.

Savannah made our Thanksgiving in 2023 truly exceptional, tending to our bay lane 105 with professionalism and courtesy. Pretty good Top Golf location. It doesn 't have the actual bucket targets like others I 've been too, but the pricing was better. Our bay broke at one point but the service was great and they made it right with us. Overall good time!

I had so much fun playing the games. The food and service were amazing! I can not wait to go back!!
