**Food:** They offer a wide variety of options, but be aware that there is a $1 substitution fee for each item you want to change on the platter combinations. They also have dinner specials for two, three, and so on. - **Hot and Sour Soup:** Unfortunately, it wasn’t very hot, and it seemed overly thick due to a lot of cornstarch being used. It also lacked flavor, which was disappointing as I was hoping for a tasty soup. - **Spring Rolls:** I found these to be undercooked and not very well-filled, making them my least favorite dish. - **Chicken Fried Rice:** The rice itself was flavorful, but the amount of vegetables was lacking, and the chicken was a bit too soft and chewy for my liking. - **Hunan Beef:** This dish was well-seasoned and cooked perfectly, with generous portions. - **General Tso's Chicken:** Absolutely delicious! It was packed with flavor and served piping hot!

We ordered a few classic dishes and left with big smiles because this restaurant has truly captured our attention. The flavors were just as we remembered them. While there were a few minor issues, I'm confident we'll address those as we explore more of their menu. I also want to highlight their Lunch Specials at just $6.95 – what an incredible value! If you're in the area, you absolutely have to give this place a try. And if you're not nearby, they do offer delivery within a reasonable range.
