Hero Certified Burgers - Aurora

Was craving burger late in the night and this location was just the right answer to my cravings!

Food was fresh the worker was super friendly thank you!! For fresh food delicious!!!!

Extremely rude manager and terrible customer service. I’m never going back there again and not recommending it to anyone.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!Owner is extremely rude. He shouted at an uber delivery person over a phone call in front of all his customers. He belittled him and threatened the driver.This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. How could a manager use such behaviour towards anyone!!! Management needs to be changed or this place needs to be shut down.This isn’t the first time I’ve heard the owner being extremely rude. Hero burger needs to take some disciplinary action towards him!

The pop taste like chlorine from a pool. The burger claimed to be Angus beef. It looks like rubber and tastes disgusting, you can't eat it. Unrecognizable as beef.
