On The Bean - Aurora

This is one of my favourite cafes in all of the gta, the prices are just right, the atmosphere is so beautiful and homey, and the staff is very kind. My favourite items on the menu would be the latte and the banana chocolate chip muffin which has the perfect amount of sweetness.

The owner is so rude , we ordered coffee and sandwich . He got angry When I wanted to order cake and I just ask him is this cake is fresh because it doesn’t look fresh). He said you shouldn’t ask this , do you ask this when you go to no frills store or Starbucks? And ….His behavior and manner were really impolite and rude.

Worst worst worst coffee shop, no manner. The owner is beyond rude and when you tell him this is not a right attitude he says this is my business.eg: the owner gave me wrong order(toast instead of bagel, full of tomato instead of NO tomato!!! FOR ONE ORDER with NO customer there, means he wasn’t busy!!!!at all. and he did not give me the right order because of HIS COST!!!!! I have more for JUST 30 min!!!If I could give MINUS 100 star, I would.
