Subway - Aurora

I had a good experience in the past month. Discussed ahead of time with a week's notice a special order for a party. A week later it was perfectly ready exactly as ordered with lots of side toppings and sauces. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. I recommend this location.

Staff was very unwelcoming and all 6 tables were disgusting. Lady serving was super upset over the fact that I was reading the menu and took a minute to order. Go eat somewhere else.

Hi_This business is usually fantastic when the younger females are there, however there is a middle-aged man who does not respect the customers. I wasn't pleased with what he did.First, he was impatient, and then he disrspacted me to inquire what other options I had for adding my foods, And the sandwich I ordered was meant to be warm, but when I opened it, it was pleasantly cool.

I was just here and I ask the younger ginger girl what new sub she recommended and I ended up getting the “meatballer” it was so good I went back in 5 mins later for another one. I eat subway often but I will say this is the first time I’ve ever given subway a review and that was the best tasting and freshest sub I’ve ever had at subway. Also all of the ingredients were fresh and looked good in general. Also the mozzarella was thick.

Usually this place is amazing if the younger blonde/ginger girl is working but when the two Asian girls or the girl named Brooke I think, they hide in the back and make people scream out for help to get food, they make faces and talk smack about customers infront of them, completely disrespectful and ruins the entire experience in this store.
