Went out and boyfriend went to subway next door and I never ate out much so I thought I'd try this place. I walk in and see 5 people, all silent, I have no idea where to order, I see a man cooking food, I walked to the end where I saw the cashier. I stood about 4 minutes, saw him pack the food, ask the other customers "for here or to go?" and "teriyaki sauce?" that's all. I then ordered after the people in front of me, I never had this food before, and I saw 2 noodle dishes, so I asked him, which in his opinion he'd prefer. He didn't answer, and just repeated exactly what was on the board. so I just said "ok, yakisoba noodles with shrimp I guess." I paid, said I'd be back. Checked on boyfriend at subway and went back in a few minutes, Food was ready, he asked the 2 questions I got my food and left.Ate at home, it tastes fine, but I will not be heading back there anytime soon. no greeting, unwilling to answer a simple question, looked like he hated his job, not a very nice atmosphere. I looked for their comment cards, but there were no where to be found.service would be 1 point but I judge both the food and service therefore it is a 2

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the portions are generous. The dishes come out hot and quickly. I particularly enjoyed the bark and the chicken teriyaki. The "Chop-saki" dish was freshly prepared. The prices are reasonable.

I went to the restaurant for a late lunch at 2 o'clock and ordered 4 dishes, spending $40. The server was not very talkative and seemed in a rush, as there were no other customers. He quickly packed up my food before I could request extra sauce for one of the dishes. It would have been nice if he had asked about any special requests. After I paid with my credit card, he placed the bag on the counter and hurried back to eat his own lunch without even saying thank you or goodbye.
