Tim Hortons - Aurora

Recently went to th an evening (aurora location, hollandview) had large coffee large service. all the staff were friendly. the load was clean, had a good atmosphere. donuts were also very fresh. they always go to this place.

I visited these tim hortons on Tuesday night with some friends. my friend was in there to get a French vanilla that led me to want one too. I wanted to order my drink with a chocolate chip cookie. the original employee who helped me was very kind. only when I got my French vanille, it was burned watery. I flew through the drive to return my drink. the new French vanille that the staff had given me was the same. watery burned, so I took it back. a male employee told me they couldn't give me a new drink because they had already given me one. when I repeated that I had not got the right drink I had paid because he yelled at me, said f off, out of the drive thru . I wanted to talk to a manager. there was no manager, but only the original staff that had served me. she asked me what was wrong with the drink I repeated again that it was burned watery. she made me a new drink from a new machine that had actually cost much better. on my way after the name of the male coworkers I had asked, the original coworker told me his name is ____________, but they can't get him into troubles because he worked here for so long that they called him moron. we both know that these words do not come out of my mouth. I work in a restaurant I never said a customer flies. my recent experience in this tim hortons was terrible. I understand that the male employee might have had a bad night, but that was not an excuse for his speech attitude towards me.

Why someone wants to review or read an tim horton is beyond me, but since I was recently and in the past at this place, I go here. this situation does not differ from other tim hortons I have...been, it is very average. the service ranges from good to bad depending on the individual worker and time of their visit. I don't drink a coffee, but I like donuts now and I really like the chocolate chill. it is tim hortons when they have been to one, they were quite a lot to them all.

I love the Tim Horton's on the corner of John West Way and Wellington Street in Aurora. When I want a donut, I want it fresh! I'm never disappointed at this location. Their meals are terrific as well. Great place to meet friends and have...a small lunch, enjoy the food and not spend a fortune!
