Baskin-robbins - Aurora

The service at the restaurant was quite disappointing. All the staff members were young women, and one of them was actually arguing on the phone at the back counter, which felt very unprofessional. It was supposed to be Free Poplar Pizza Day, but they didn't have any available to give out. I also didn't feel welcomed when I entered the store, and I wasn't informed about events like National Ice Cream Family Day. Overall, it was a letdown.

I took my 4-year-old to this restaurant about an hour before closing time. There were two young employees on shift, a man and a woman. I know there can be a stigma surrounding young workers, but I must say that both were exceptionally friendly, and their customer service was outstanding! The woman engaged my child with taste tests and playful questions about flavors, really making his day. Unfortunately, less than a minute after she served him his bubble gum ice cream cone, the top half broke off and fell on the floor. She graciously offered to replace it without hesitation, and she continued to serve the rest of our order with warmth and a genuine smile. I really wish we could have tipped on a credit card, because I can't express enough how positive our experience was at this location and how well we were treated.

The service was a bit slow, but I ordered three scoops of ice cream, which were very delicious. It seemed like the store was short on staff. I ended up paying around $8.00.

Great treats for summer they even have a dairy free mint chocolate chip if someone needs to avoid lactose.

Ice cream is good and the staff member was nice and helpful my only negative thing to say is that it's a bit expensive.
