Bistro Al Vino - Aurora

On time for our reservation. Although the new owner was overwhelmed with Open Table reservations that he had no idea... he still sat us quiet, pleasant and fast, and it was already packed. It was obvious that the employees were incredibly overwhelmed, but our waitress Tracy was so friendly and KEPT SMILING. I hope they find the Open Table application, but in any case they worked their remedy! We ate great tasting burgers and pommes and danced a lot and had a fun evening.

The service staff looked like they all just had the set of C- Metal Band Video-Shoo. The service was unstoppable. I was told that the steak was good and mine was. My wife's chicken was terrible.

Al made sure I had reserved seats and greeted me when I sat!

This restaurant is great for live bands on Friday and Saturday nights. The seating is limited, so I made reservations online and also called to confirm them before arriving. When we got there, our reservation for a party of 6 was at a table for 4, so we had to squeeze together for seating. It wasn't ideal, but we still had a good time listening to the band, dancing, and people watching.

Bistro Al Vino is a fun, unique venue having the owner 's presence be part of the experience. It has very good food, decent drink prices, some very enjoyable live music, and a good-sized dance floor. It is great having it in the neighborhood as an entertainment option.
