Burger King - Aurora

The manager and staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly. Whenever I visit, I am always welcomed by happy employees. My food order is usually correct, and even if there is a mistake, it is promptly fixed. Overall, I prefer this location over the others in Aurora. Keep up the excellent work!

I recently had an amazing experience at Burger King with some of the best customer service I've ever seen. It was a stormy night with thunder and heavy rain, but despite the weather, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I ordered a Family Bundle and 2 for 5 Big Kings, and the friendly gentleman at the window made a joke and took my money with a smile. When I realized I was missing one of my Big Kings, he quickly ran out in the rain to give it to me with a smile and an apology. His dedication and quick service left me impressed and grateful. This experience truly showed me the commitment of Burger King to providing exceptional customer service. Thank you to the staff for their amazing service.

I have been to this restaurant three times and so far it has been good. Two of the times, I had to remove tomato slices that looked too ripe. There is usually no wait in the drive-thru compared to the McDonald's across the street, which sometimes has 20 cars in its drive-thru. I have always loved the Whopper, especially when it is made with good toppings. It is the best fast food burger. However, the long chicken sandwich isn't very good. It needs pickles and maybe onions or jalapenos. Despite this, I will definitely be back.
