Feedback gevenAs a girl felt a red member, I love the girl felt a. that is not cool. the fry is not hot and they gave me the wrong sandwich that I paid extra to speck. actually quite disappointed.
What a great Chick-Fil-A location. Great service, great employees, and oh yes, let’s not forget the chicken. They care about their customers coming in. Nice people.
If you're used to half a dozen teenagers tripping over themselves to serve you a $4 sandwich like other Chick-Fil-A's, you're going to be sorely disappointed (and late for work). This is what fast food should look like, a roulette wheel where you're either going to get cheap food in 2-3 minutes or a death stare then twenty minutes of being ignored and leaving without your food.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! I believe the employee's name was Ezequiel C., as it was on his name tag. He was incredibly kind; not only did he take my order to my car, but he also held the door open for me. To top it off, he gave my little girl an ice cream cone. I really appreciate the excellent service he provided, and I hope the management recognizes his hard work. I will definitely be returning!
Disappointed with my curbside experience tonight): They forgot my sauce and sandwich so I ended up calling as the employee already went back inside. (It was pouring rain) Had to clarify with the employee on the phone which sauce because she kept saying Chick Fil a and Barbecue so I told her Chick Fil a and Ranch. After all that an employee came out with my missing items and I still got Barbecue instead of Ranch. and then my mom ended up finding a hair in her salad…. So unfortunate! I normally LOVE their order accuracy and customer service.
