Feedback gevenDreadful eating everything. the chips were stale. her Burrito-Heizer was broken. from the paprika and swirling. paid $30.00 and ended eating in the garbage throwing. do not go back to the location on the smoky hill road. what a waste of money and I know it doesn't matter to them. every time I went to this place, it's a disappointment. no more! read the reviews! everything bad.
Horrible, and they might be closed for the day To go, and orders thru DoorDash are skimpy and the bar is usually cold, so yes almost everytime it's a cold cold burrito or bowl. Like where is the management. Went by last night at 8:20pm and they had a closed sign on the door, hand written by staff. I wasn't the only one there was multiple customers that were turned away with this damn sign. When leaving the shopping center after having dinner elsewhere they Were open again. This store needs legit management and staff training
I've been coming to this Chipotle for 20 years. Over the last year or so, it has fallen to pieces. The staff is lazy and incompetent, and management doesn't seem to care. I remember when a 15-person line would evaporate in minutes. Now the line barely moves. The food quality has gone down, and the portions have shrunk. Everyone has a bad attitude.
I placed an online order to have a order ready for pickup 3 hours later. I received my confirmation, but when I got to the restaurant I was told they never received the order. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the person behind the counter was professional and they made my order while I waited. But, if I wanted that, I wouldnt have bothered to place the original order that way!Also, while the Garlic Guajillo Steak Bowl was flavorful, the steak was 50% unedible fat.
Oh, Chipotle! No es bueno tonight! If you're going to run a fundraiser, then don't be shocked when people show up. It's 20 minutes past when I was supposed to pick up my food and I'm still waiting. I put in the order an hour ago for when I left work. There are people here now who have been waiting an hour for pre paid mobile orders. My husband was here earlier and they waited 45 minutes for their order, so it has been going on all night. Call more people in, close down mobile ordering, do something, ANYTHING. People should not be held hostage, by already paying for their order, then waiting an HOUR. Unacceptable, Chipotle.
