Chipotle Mexican Grill - Aurora

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I spoke with a staff member who answered the phone around 12:30 PM today. My food arrived ice cold, and I was genuinely concerned about food poisoning. When I explained the situation, she only offered to remake my order, but I asked for a refund instead. She then told me to "f*** off" and hung up on me. Wow, Chipotle...

The service was horrendous, the food was excessively salty, and the guacamole wasn't fresh. This restaurant used to have a great reputation, but now it was unclean, and our order was disrupted for a pickup. Instead of receiving the bowl we ordered, we were mistakenly given a burrito. We kept the burrito because we were told they could just transfer its contents into a bowl if we wanted. Overall, the service was disappointing. Please get your act together and tidy up your establishment!

I ordered a bowl to go, and the man who was preparing my order misunderstood the meat I wanted. When I asked him to remake it, he refused, so I ended up having to eat something I didn’t want and pay for it as well, all because he wasn’t paying attention. I definitely won’t be returning here. Additionally, the steak he included in the bowl was dry, chewy, and not up to the usual standards of the food here. It seems the quality has declined. I may have to try a different location instead.

I don’t know if anyone who reads this is a Chipotle fan or not…. I use to be a huge fan, but the food quality and items became very inconsistent and I quit getting Chipotle. I have seen the advertisement’s on television about the upgrade in quality of ingredients and newer items I must say that the food is so much better than I remember in the past 3 4 years that I haven’t eaten their food. Everything tasted fresh and crisp. I got the grilled steak bowl and woofed it down quickly.I will be a regular at Chipotle again. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

The food here is great! But trying to get them on the phone is a joke! I spent 10 minutes arguing with their automated phone system and finally got through and the girl just hung up on me mid question.
