Highly unprofessional person at the front. my wife asked for an extra empty cup and was rudely told to pay upfront. There are also some asian Indians who are very rude and laugh when they ask for orders .

Management told us they?d be unwilling to accommodate dairy allergy for milkshakes after our recent trip. Despite having oat milk in the store they told us they would no longer accommodate us as the oat milk is supposed to be for the Dunkin? side.Although I understand the reason, I feel this is not how you treat people with a food allergy. We will not be coming back.
