This Was My First Time At A Firehouse Subs And WOW....Was I Impressed!! The Other Sandwich Places, Can't Hold A Candle To Firehouse, They Can't Even Come Close. I Had The Medium Sized Meatball Sub And I Think It Was The BEST Meatball Sub, I Ever Had. I Can't Wait To Go Back!!

Very polite staff. Meal as ordered. Very tasty and hearty components to the sandwich. Costs are worth it, also leads to great cause.

10/15/22 6:25pm din-in. An annoying star for this evening. I went in with my family and was not greeted. It wasn't busy, so I'm not sure why we were greeted?t. So I decided to say a nice sound? Hello? No answer from the 3 employees behind the counter. It took about 5 minutes to pick up our order. None of the three employees had the power to say something in the lines? We're with you in a few minutes? One of the employees finally came to the register and said nothing. I had to say it? Hello? Would you like to make an order?? We were not asked for Pickles or sold on other menu items. After our order we went to a table and waited to eat. We ordered four sandwiches. 1 sandwich had no top bread, 1 had no bottom bread, and 1 sandwich was a sloppy mess. A coke we bought was flat. It was awkward to hear the 3 employees who swear to each other while we ate. The place was dirty, the floor was not blurred and the stack of chip boxes in the dining area was not pleasant to consider. When an employee saw the tables wash, he put the bucket of water on one of the tables, but when he took the bucket away, he did not know the table where bucket was sitting. If we usually come here, there is an adult woman and/or a man who is very friendly, welcomes you and asks you for options on your order. I guess it's worth having an adult at any time in service to make sure you get the BEST customer service possible.

While I live about an hour away from this place, it is by far my favorite. Only about each of their chains is one hour away from me. It seems that this has at least a few family members who help to run this particular facility, and I just really enjoy the workers as well as my sandwich always come perfectly! Thank you for all you do!

Excellent sandwich as usual. While waiting for my order, the staff unfortunately had to deal with a big car. The group that ordered before me waited at the door. One of the teenage girls mixed with some plants, pulls leaves off or something. Female worker asked her not to do that. Then the mom, alias Karen, asked for a manager. And continued to defeat the poor worker. She was so upset and went back. Some people are terrible. Requisit to the manager for handling Karen calming. Karen... get professional help. Go to the firehouse!
