Good Times Burgers Frozen Custard

Customer: can I get a black bean burger with extra cheese and onion.Employee: here is your food, with neither of those things.Customer: never returns.

I went to good times around 5pm to get dinner for work today. The lady who helped me at the window was super kind and provided great service. We’re really appreciative of her kindness and customer service.

Hadn't been in a while. Took the kids for after school meal. Guacamole bacon burger with green Chile fries ? ?.

The young lady at the drive-thru speaker/window apparently had more important things to do than correctly and friendly take our order. She rushed us thru the order, and then messed it up. Not the type of person that should be at the drive-thru window. We eat here often. Love Good Times .......But this was a bad trip.

Just wanted to take a minute to leave a review. I rarely find the need to write a review but my experience at the Good Times in Southlands was terrible . Andrea, the manager at this location, was incredibly rude and I will not be going back.
