Jersey Mike's Subs - Aurora

I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 30 minutes, I got to the store in 15mins, 3 employees there talking not a single customer, I was told it would be 15 more minutes I said okay... More customers started showing up and their sandwiches got prepared instantly and left before me. Why make me wait just because the order said 30 minutes when my sandwiches could have been made way sooner?!!!

Musashi (shift leader) covered for our store this evening. He was more than pleasant to work along side and I speak for my entire crew when I say we look forward to seeing him again! Thank you Musashi! You're awesome!

Sooooooo much better than Jimmy John’s! Hands down, my favorite sub shop! Everyone that works there are always so friendly! It’s contagious!
