Jersey Mike's Subs - Aurora

This location was clean efficient, the team and manager were friendly and product was fresh and delicious? our first time eating at a Jersey Mikes.. we will be back Store #22046

Ordered a number 10 tuna sandwich and they gave me no tuna on it... I hope these people lose there jobs totally unprofessional service... I will never order at this location again!!

Placed an online order for a ?wrap? but received what appeared to be a sad misshapen burrito instead. The food quality at this location is definitely on the decline.

Food quality is up to par but there is a complete lack of care or a quality in the customer service. Person at the counter obviously didn't listen to my order being they left off one of the meats I had asked for. Met with an eye roll from a blonde haired woman whom I assume was the shift lead because she was sure to chime in that I would be charged for the meat. Then I realize my sandwich doesn't have bacon on it which is part of the menu description. Was told that there was bacon on my sandwich by another employee who then had me deconstruct my food in front of her to prove that she did not in fact put bacon on my sandwich. Getting lunch should NEVER be so frustrating. It's sandwiches, get it together or find another business venture.

Im a loyal customer to Jersey Mikes and I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Victoria, she had kindly welcomed me in! I thought she was the only working for a second but she had outstanding customer service tonight went all out her way on the presentation! I loved it so much and by far was the best I ever had here! I thought I was going to have to get up and grab it but she kindly brought it over to me in no time. I highly recommend anyone to come here! This was amazing. Thank youu Victoria ????!!
