Lala's Bakery - Aurora

For my mom's birthday, I ordered her a spring fling cake. My mom is not a fan of cream cheese or whipped cream or most types of frosting/icing, so I asked for the cream cheese frosting to be replaced with something else like chocolate ganache or chocolate mousse, which they did without issue. When I picked up the cake, I was informed it was the first time they'd made a spring fling cake with chocolate mousse but you honestly wouldn't have been able to tell because the cake looked so pretty and was so delicious. Although I love chocolate, I usually don't eat chocolate mousse because of its thin texture but this one was great- thicker and denser than the regular stuff I've had. The top and inside of the cake was full of fresh fruit and the zucchini cake was fabulous paired with the mousse. Everyone loved the cake, most importantly my mom. I would definitely recommend Lala's Bakery and we're looking forward to trying some of the other cakes as well!*I can't seem to post a picture but I would love to show great the cake was.

Lala’s made our wedding cakes red velvet to cut, spring fling and peach almond as half sheet cakes. Not only did they look stunning, most people went back for a second slice! Thanks for being the icing on an unforgettable wedding day. Will attach photos once we get them back!
