Not did I have to wait extra time but when when I approached ofter a long wait. The lady lied and said she called my name. I called her out on it and told her no you didn't. You are family owned and no one should treat other people like that. Her unprofessionalism and attude make mw not want to come back. I work I. Hospitality and know how to treat people. It was on Sunday around noon. Skinny asian chick. Who was taking names. September 10th. My name is snow. It will be on the last of names.ReplyI wasn't waiting outside I was inside like I said setting on the bench. And we made eye contact plenty of times after I gave her my name so I don't believe that. She knew I was thier on the bench..inside the restaurant. Training is what is needed in customer service. Amber was great. She knows customer service 100%.
Had a great meal that was fresh, warm, and delicious. Service was friendly and prompt, even for a Sunday brunch. The warm cinnamon roll was gooey and warm. Eggs, French toast and potatoes were all cooked perfectly. Pricing was reasonable for the food quantity.Food: 5/5
Absolutely delicious! Always been a family favorite place for breakfast and even after being gone a whole, coming in to visit and having breakfast here did not disappoint!Food: 5/5
This has always been my go to but after today I am done until I see change in management. My interaction with everyone but the General Manager, Michael Kinner, was pleasant. In fact the problem was there was no interaction. I come into the place and despite me standing right in front of him, he literally ignores me. He is looking down at the wait list and everywhere but asking a customer who clearly just walked in, how can they be helped or acknowledged them and say one memoment I will be with you. I literally stood there for 10 minutes while the other host finished cashing out a long line of people before the other host ask if I had been helped.I made a point to observe him the rest of my time at the bar eating, yes I literally waited 10 minutes to ask if I can sit at the empty bar. To my surprise he did know how to look up at people walking in the door greet them properly. He actually knew the concept of taking your eyes off the waiting list and saying how can I help you. So it was just me.He was very rude to the lady who came in before me. She wanted to order to go, and he said I have to get a server we are really busy... as he stormed away seeming irritated. Sir, if you don 't want to do your job or don 't like your job just resign ??.
On another note, the turkey sausage I received was undercooked. When I requested a replacement, the new dish was also undercooked, and they didn't remove the charge from my bill. Additionally, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday evening. Overall, I found the Centennial location of Le Peep to be below average compared to other locations.
