Mcdonald's - Aurora

During our visit, we noticed a long line outside, so we decided to go inside, but all the doors were closed and we couldn’t get in. We then opted for the drive-thru to place our order. We waited at least 15 minutes before it was our turn. When we finally approached the speaker, I had to translate the order for my mother so she could understand. The employee taking our order became impatient, complaining that there were many cars behind us and expressing anger about how long we were taking, even though we had only taken a minute to order. This was the worst customer service experience we've had. We definitely do not recommend this place; the customer service is much better at Chick-fil-A drive-thru.

They don't know their own hours. google says they updated it a week ago, but I'm here two hours before closing time and I can't eat.

Did a mobile order waited 20 minutes and nothing was brought out. I called the and asked when it would be ready. The guy said “fries right” then I told him that I have been waiting 20 minutes and he hung up on me.

Had the double cheeseburger but I got ill later that afternoon. In all fairness I haven't been to a McDonald's however and at least 8 years.

Always wonderful, always reliable, always close. I am a Uber driver and I am dependent on mcdonald’s that are always only 10 minutes away if I need a break, a diät cola, a cheeseburger or a bathroom. it is a safer stop for all drivers.
