Pizza Hut - Aurora

Placed an order for pick up. Pizzas were done in time and staff was very nice.

Ordered 2 large pizzas online at 5:30pm on a Wednesday night, the estimated delivery time was 30-40 minutes. At 7pm, we contacted the store for an update and the person apologized for the mixup and informed us that even though the online tracker said our order had since been received, made, and on its way, it had yet to leave the store. Due to this mixup, we were informed the pizzas would be free and delivered shortly (no specific ETA). At 9pm, we contacted the store again as we still had not received them. When I provided the woman with the name of the order she said there were no orders under that name. When I explained my confusion considering previously speaking to someone about it she stated not my fault, I didn 't take your order, bye and hung up on me Don 't think I 've ever experienced such overtly poor customer service. We tried calling back and our call was clearly avoided. We called on a cell phone and requested a manager to whom once we explained the situation quickly found the order, seemed shocked the pizzas never arrived, and offered to send another, however at this point, we just requested the credit back to the card...should be there in five days. What a horrendous experience.

Ordered 2 pizzas, they were junk.crust tasted old. Whole thing was bad. Totino's are better. They used to be good. How can they get worse they have been around forever.

Ordered delivery on Sunday for a pep pizza, wings, and breadsticks. Not sure if the food went bad or if someone didn't wash their hands, but my roommate and I got BAD food poisoning. It's now Tuesday and we're barely able to eat solid foods. I'd recommend going to another Pizza Hut with more stars ?

Tasted great! wish I ordered 2.Did the 3 toppings for $10.Only 3 meats to choose plus the normal vegies. Wouldn't deliver for orders under $11, so I added extra cheese for $2. add $5 delivery fee and a tip. still better than paying for door dash or other apps that add $10 on of normal fees.
