Starbucks - Aurora

The morning manager is quite unpleasant, and it really reflects in how she treats customers. She was not only rude to me but also to my wife, and this behavior seemed consistent across multiple locations. We even tried to make the best of it. If you grab a coffee on your way to work, how was your experience with this unhappy staff member?

They literally don?t care about your special request even though you are PAYING WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I sincerely hope they receive the same treatment at the next 5 places they go. I asked for light ice and they doubled the ice. I asked for an extra thick Carmel drizzle and they didn?t put it in there at all. I sent the drink back and they put a couple zig zags on top?. Mediocre. I?m sitting here drinking flavorless ice.

I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's something about this place that keeps me coming back for more, and it's definitely better than the local cafés. Maybe it’s the fresh ingredients, or maybe it’s just the atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, and everyone I interacted with was excellent.

Update! I wanted to share my experience at the Starbucks location on my way here. The line moves quickly, and the staff is amazing! Tabitha always welcomes me with a big smile and makes me feel valued as a person, not just another customer. I definitely recommend this place for the excellent service—they always get my order right! The parking can be a bit hectic when it’s busy, but it’s definitely worth the wait.

Wow, I had closed ten minutes ago and the last customer got their order because I can't talk with my voice through the machine to make order and when I arrived in windows, then I had the opportunity to make my order through the window, but no one at windows right before eight watches even I met honked and I knocked that window again, but no luck then I saw pink
