Tgi Fridays - Aurora

Friday we went there for a few beers and some green beans. the chicken loaf was ordered. bores were burned, huh was well cooked. the bathrooms were disgusting, looked like they didn't clean in time. When I asked the management who does quality control, she said it. She just didn't seem to care. sad, when she spoke to workers, bad quality of food. but the bartender alejandro is amazing, really just reason we have gone. will no longer order food, but, can not melt alcohol.

It was terrible, the worst service they can imagine never go there, we waited for more than an hour to eat and we got it cold. there was a crazy waitress, bad attitude and crazy. we usually ate our food when suddenly the crazy waitress started screaming and fighting against customers, we immediately put the food on a box, pay quickly and we leave as soon as possible because my son had feared. terrible experience, I definitely do not recommend this place, they get this woman fired!

I was 3 times in this fridays and every time confirmed that this restaurant has the worst service in Naperville/Aurora

We decided to eat here as all the others were 30 waiting times. child menu was great to choose a lot. the menu for adult was limited. I wish they had more choices. but eating was very decent. child-friendly: large menu parking: lots of parking

We brought our two toddlers and our server was amazing! He was very attentive and made the best drinks! We’ll definitely be back for lunch soon! The food was perfect and we went at the best time after errands!
