Panera Bread - Austell

I was literally in the drive thru for 28 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I couldn't get out the line and was just stuck. Even Chick-fil-A was is faster than this.

Customer service is horrible. Only wants you to online order, use cash, and wait for extremely long periods of time for your food.

The staff was very polite, very efficient. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on ciabatta. Was fairly flavorless. It's always clean when I go here, probably won't return for breakfast. I used to love the breakfasts. Food was served quickly.

I had the bacon cheese souffle and orange scone. Absolutely delicious!

Food is good but the soup was so watered down that the flavor was bland. Every time I order my tuna sandwich, it ends up having it all on the outside. So I decided to upload a picture of it.
