Red Lobster - Austell

Since my original post I've tried Red Lobster again. I cannot recommend them. While their name is Red Lobster, they can't prepare a Lobster to save their lives. The servers try their best to please and are true professionals. The food is fresh and plenty. They do get busy so you may need to wait sometimes but it is worth it!

They refused to serve the endless shrimp. Not worth going to anymore because that's the only good item on the menu.

It seems to me that independant of store locations, collectively the food quality has suffered emincely over the years, of course, there's no need to mention the aloof, entitled, wait staff!

The food was awful. Steak was undercooked as well as the shrimp, and it was all cold. It makes sense why they're going out of business

As a long time Red Lobster's Lover, I was devastated to hear of so many locations closing. However, I was told while dining recently, that this location will remain open. I ordered the Crab Queso and the Shrimp Grits both of which arrived hot fresh. It was quiet when initially walked in but I was immediately seated by the hostess who was really sweet and showed me to my table right away. Phoenix and Silita both took great care of me and were great company while I ate. I will be back again soon!!
