The Sports Grill - Austell

**Pros:** The restaurant is conveniently located near my home, with easy parking available. It’s also smoking-friendly, has affordable food and drinks, billiard tables, and slot machines. **Cons:** Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our waiter barely checked on us, spending most of her time chatting with staff and friends who were smoking on the premises, which felt unprofessional. The tables were dirty when we arrived, and I had to ask the waiter to clean ours. We weren't greeted upon entry, which set a negative tone for our visit. I ordered a steak, but it was tasteless and tough to chew; however, the waitstaff did remove the charge for the meal without any hassle. The drinks were acceptable. Another issue was the layout of the tables near the pool tables; it was hard to enjoy our meal without dodging stray pool balls or getting poked by cue sticks. Additionally, there seemed to be an accumulation of dust and mites around the heating and air conditioning unit, which was unpleasant. Overall, while I enjoyed the billiards and managed to play a few games, I wouldn't recommend dining here. It’s better suited for a quick game of pool rather than a full meal experience.

The staff, management, and boss are fantastic! Every visit is a positive and enjoyable experience. Plus, your steaks are amazing!

We had a frustrating experience with a rude waitress during our visit. When we inquired if the seating was open or if we needed to wait for a table, we felt dismissed. We waited for about 5-10 minutes, but no one came to assist us. The atmosphere felt quite unwelcoming, and I genuinely hope that if I decide to return, I won't encounter such discourteous service again.

Great service and huge wings, more than I could eat on my lunch break. I definitely come back with my staff.

This is a wonderful hole in the wall dive bar with those delicious standard bar foods. Come as you are and be prepared that it is smoker friendly.
