Feedback gevenI went about 30 minutes or more before closing. I didn't expect much and that's what I got... not much. The options were very minimal so I selected from what was available. The customer before me ordered most of what was left, so I chose the single combo and a single with bacon combo. After waiting for a few minutes for the employee to come back to the intermediate station to finish my order, and I asked to add a chicken-nugget combo-knowledge that could be thrown into the friier (still 15 minutes before 1:00) but I was told that they only spicy nuggets and I wouldn't get the frits because they were out. That made me no smell of paying for a whole meal and not getting everything, so I decided for a 6 piece. Once in the window I asked for a napkin to wipe the soda off the sides of the drinks, and the manager told the cashier they were out. I had napkins in my pocket so that it wasn't true. As soon as I came home and reviewed my purchase, I see that the single with bacon combo had a broken piece of bacon. It was placed where, if I checked the sandwich in the window, I guess the bacon was on the sandwich. This is the first time that this Wendy's problems occur, and I understand that I'm ready to go home. I'm just thinking that a last-minute run to Wendy's is not worth it. A picture of the bacon. I pulled it because I thought it fell off, not knowing everything was there.
The cost of the salad has risen, which is a great disappointment, because that is the only thing I would eat from there. But I find it very hard to pay eight dollars for half a size when he used to be four dollars and some changes. The service was fantastic. The person on the intercom had so many manners. They used please and thank you for what is something you usually do not experience when you go through a passage. That was very refreshing. They could correct our order. They contained straws and contained the right spices we demanded. They moved very fast to delete the line.
