360 Uno - Austin

I placed a pre-order expecting it to be delivered on time, however it was delayed multiple times and arrived over an hour late.

The food at this restaurant was excellent and served in generous portions. The service from the waiter was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The pizza was amazing! Unfortunately, the delivery person accidentally flipped the pizza box upside down, causing my pizza to get stuck to the lid of the box.

The scampi was not as expected, it came in a cup. It was good but I don't think I would order it again. The lasagna and tiramisu were very tasty. The garlic bread was nondescript.

We used to be regulars. Due to life circumstances, we haven't been able to make it here weekly. We stopped by for dinner and were deeply saddened and disappointed at the service. Our order got mixed up X2 and there was zero apology, zero anything. In fact, the manager was sent with our food and literally threw the plate with food on our table. Not sure if management or ownership changed. We are not returning. I hope the owner reads this review and changes people and processes back to what this restaurant used to be. The musician today was excellent!
