Bistro Vonish is hands down my favorite restaurant vegan or not in the world. I've been going here regularly since they opened 10 years ago, and what makes Bistro V special is the ridiculous amount of love and flavor Chef Craig puts into all of his dishes. Everything is made from scratch, all of the ingredients are fresh, and you can tell how much thought and effort is put into every entree, side, or dessert. From a decade of eating here, I can tell you with confidence that the food is consistently amazing every time. It's so good I always end up getting an entree and multiple sides, or splitting multiple entrees with my wife. 10/10, best on the planet.

Amazing! We ate here first over a year ago and literally dreamed of their Mac n cheese. Such a treat to have an entire gf and vegan selection. Returned today and enjoyed the arepa as well. Scrumptious. So fresh. Made to order. Piping hot. Reasonable prices. Literally could NOT ask for anything better. Please visit and support this business!!!!
