Update: So i tried mozzarella sticks but it just tasted like old moldy cheese even after it was fried. Maybe it was an old bag or something, hope thats not how they're supposed to taste. It took awhile to get that taste out from eating one and threw away the rest. The burger and onion rings were ok.OLD Review:Fast food so you dont expect something great. Havent had BK in 3 years and its ok still ever since they changed their fries i hardly eat here. But for quick and easy its good.
The morning staff is amazing! They’re prompt and very polite. Good customers service skills. I’ve never interacted with the evening staff, sorry.
Horrible experience today at this Burger King. I tried the app for the first time because it said the whopper would be free. Paid for the order in advance. Upon arrival, the lady claiming to be the manager, without any name tag on, who refused to tell me her name in spite of my asking multiple times. She said you ordered a croissanwich. I said I 'm sorry your app. or other technology malfunctioned and she became very defensive. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. She also refused to give me her manager 's name. She said please take your order and leave because that 's what you ordered. I said are you saying I 'm not telling you the truth about what I actually ordered? She said I 'm going to call the cops if you don 't leave now. I asked another employee for her name and NOBODY working there was wearing a name tag that I could see and NOBODY was willing to give out their name. I guess she knew she was screwing up. Called their corporate ph# 866 that 's on the sticker on one of their drive thru windows. Spoke with a Connie, who said she was in Canada and said she was probably not the only Connie there; failed to provide any type of unique identifier. Said she would refund me and escalate this to somebody that had the power to actually take care of me. I have been to this location multiple times in the past and not had a problem. Using the app was a mistake and a joke. I told her my order number was 01, which is what the app said. She was just dumb and then disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. Last time or two I came here before closing time and was turned away both times, a person inside just said they were closed. Looked like there were several people in there that just wanted to knock off early. HORRIBLE experience. Avoid this **** where they couldn 't care less about their customers; God knows how unsanitary things must be if they have this horrible of an attitude toward long time (40+ year) customers. I 'm still in shock.
Iam surprised Burger King is still in Business and made it through coronavirus they where already struggling for customers before Covid now with still having your Inside dining closed definitely going to be skipping out on going to any Burger King
