While the drinks were enjoyable, my overall impression was marred by a significant issue. I was overcharged on my credit card by a substantial amount, which has been incredibly frustrating. Despite my attempts to reach out to the hotel over the course of three days, no one has answered the phone or addressed my concerns. This lack of communication and responsiveness has forced me to go as far as disputing the charges with my credit card company. It's disappointing when such a critical aspect of customer service falls short. I hope the management at Cannon Belle takes steps to improve their communication and customer support in the future.
Very good vibe and EVERY dish is delectable. I had the scallops one night and Filet on another. My friend had the best tasting Pork Belly I've ever tasted. They also had Mocktails which was really helpful since I was fasting...and I met the love of my life in an alternate world here also ?Food: 5/5
I have stayed at this Hilton twice this month and have given this place 2 chances. The food is pretty good but the service is not attentive at all. The two times I went were on opposite ends of the spectrum from super busy to me being the only one at the bar; both times my glass was empty 70% of the time and had to wait for service while they were on their phones or chatting in the corner. The food could be trash but If the service is great I’ll come back unfortunately it’s the opposite for this place. Looking for southern hospitality and didn’t find it here.
I spoke with a host yesterday for a table for one, was placed at a table in the lobby only to be completely ignored and cleaned around with not one staff member speaking to me with a menu for over 20 minutes! I am in town for a convention, and there were tables available in main seating. The blatant disregard is unacceptable especially for a restaurant associated with Hilton's brand.
$38 for rotisserie chicken (which was ok), a sparse spattering of mixed vegetables (which were cafeteria quality), and smashed potatoes (which were actually the highlight of the meal). The atmosphere was similar to what you get at an airport restaurant, a small thematic change in an overall echoey busy lobby area
