I was placed in a program by Mrs Sandra to repair my credit. Follows up were made and work on my behalf was done. The process wasn’t easy but Mrs Sandra made it easy and hassle free. At times I became discouraged and even wanted to give up, however Mrs Sandra Billy reminded me of the final goal and today I'm a trading investor. Placed a large mobile order and they missed half of it. I called requesting a refund for just the portion missed, and was told they can’t do refunds over the phone. I live 15 mins away, I’m not driving 30 mins round trip unless Chick fil A also wants to pay for my gas. They offered to put the order back on my Chick fil A app when else am I going to need 40 nuggets and 3 large fries? Who knows. I just wanted my money back for their mistake and the missed pieces only, I wasn’t requesting a full refund which I made extremely clear. Will happily be reporting to my credit card company as well if Chick fil A doesn’t want to give me my money back Amex will get it from them. It should not be that difficult to make an exception, or not to have the rule in the first place? It’s not my responsibility to make the order correct, it’s Chick fil As. It SHOULD also be Chick fil As responsibility to make it right when it’s wrong especially with their pricing but alas. If you can’t do refunds over the phone don’t take mobile orders either how else would a MOBILE order get a refund?
They were speedy, but most of sll very kind and loving. I was having a very rough day and was given a hug and encouragement during a very rough time. I'm truly appreciative for the kindness and help. The food of course was hot and made to order, it was just topped off with the extra care and concern from the manager on duty. Thank you for your smile, hug and kind gesture. God bless you.
Nice spot for pickup or mobile orders. Food came out fine, but waited longer than expected since an employee got my name completely wrong so the callout sounded nothing like me. Drink tasted kind of diluted, but other than that it's alright.
I mean when is anyone not in the mood for Chick-fil-A? I went through the drive thru after a long morning of moving out of my apartment. It was the ~perfect~ lunch to help me regain my energy. This location is ALWAYS busy but the workers are nice and so speedy. Obviously I'll be back :
