El Pollo Rico - Austin

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's conveniently located near my workplace, so I visit often. The food is always fresh, and no matter what you order, you won't be disappointed. I give it an 11 out of 10!

The best charcoal-grilled chicken I've ever tasted! Although tacos aren't their specialty, the pork al pastor is absolutely to die for. I would definitely come back—10/10!

This is one of the best locations! They consistently get my order right, are quick, and the food is always hot and fresh! I absolutely love the nachos ricos with beef fajita, the half chicken combo with charro beans and delicious green salsa, and the papas asada topped with barbacoa—mmm, so good!

We walked in it did not smell like food all could smell was Greece we walked out I ate there before ,two years ago the food was

Stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes while the employees walked around going in and out of the kitchen. Many times they were a couple feet away from me. No one acknowledged I was there at the counter or even took my order. They did take the guy in front of me. who came in after me, however they ignored just me.Why that happened? I have no idea. I hate to bring it up but maybe the employees were not liking how I looked or something. The man they helped looked like them unlike me. I'll go elsewhere in the future.
