Elotes Fanny - Austin

I ordered two classic corns. I was charged 16 dollars and given two cups of corn instead, which was the wrong order. The server took the order incorrectly and they did not exchange it or refund the money. When I said that I didn't order that, the staff did not care. The only option provided was to leave without the classic whole corn (the incorrect order in a cup) and without my money.

I love everything about this restaurant! The fresh fruit and tasty drinks, especially the Spicy Berry, are fantastic. My go-to dish is the elote in a cup, especially when paired with the XXX Atomica sauce.

I attempted to place an order at the window, but despite my presence, the employee ignored me and continued with other tasks. There were no other customers around, and he never acknowledged me or came to assist. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I would suggest going the extra mile to Las Mangonadas on Lamar for superior service and delicious food.

Elotes plate was okay. Didn’t taste like fresh corn.
