Fazoli's - Austin

This was my first time here and it was pretty good. The service was faster than waiting at Whataburger. The hot breadsticks were a highlight of the meal!

I recently witnessed an employee at this restaurant handling food without washing their hands. I recorded the incident and brought it to the attention of the manager, who refused to provide their name and company number. This lack of hygiene is concerning, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would not recommend eating here, as it appears that proper sanitation practices are not being followed.

I believe that it's important to share positive experiences, not just complaints. This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I generally enjoy good food. It was a pleasant surprise to find that everything, from cleanliness to the food itself, was to my liking. I especially appreciated the friendly service provided by Joe. He went above and beyond his duties by guiding me through the menu and suggesting dishes that suited my taste. For these reasons, I give this place a five-star rating.

I drove from pflugerville to eat here. the personal is attentive and friendly. the portions of my opinion are great and the broth was hot and fresh. I brought food home. I am definitiw back.

This Fazolis is a favorite place of mine to eat and proof of what an establishment with good management is capable of. My food here has NEVER been disappointing and the customer service is always first class. Even though its semi fast food if they served wine I wouldn't be ashamed to call it a low budget authentic Italian restaurant.
