30min for 1 piece through the drive. No wonder this place is always a ghost town

Had to wait in the drive thru and was told that we were waiting where in the drive was thru, while the manager who had her baby in her arms and an employee fought a customer. Why was a baby brought to work and they proved the fight from what we saw. And not yet ordered. Corporate should come back with me, but nobody has.

They didn't give me the whole order twice. When I tried to tell them about it, nobody answered the phone and the voicemail. Will not come back to this place

WAITED IN THE DRIVE THUR FOR 5 MINUTES AND NO ONE SAID ANYTHING SO I PARKED AND CAME IN. WAITED IN THE LOBBY FOR OVER 10 MINUTES BECAUSE THE CASHIER (JENNY)WAS IN THE BATHROOM AND DIDN'T RESPOND WHEN THE WORKER WHO COOKS KEPT CALLING FOR HER. I THEN WENT BACK TO THE BATHROOM TO GET HER AND SHE STILL STOOD THERE AND WAITED ANOTHER 5 MINUTES BEFORE FINALLY COMING TO TAKE MY ORDER WITH AN ATTITUDE. MAYBE JENNY NEEDS SOME MORE TRAINING BEFORE SHE DEALS WITH THE PUBLIC BECAUSE OVER 30 MINUTES WHEN THE PLACE WAS EMPTY IS RIDICULOUS.
