Awful experience... food was wet. The Tussi in the window just stared at us until I asked her if she wanted to take the payment to ask the reception. ... the windows on the drive were dirty. Food: 1/5
We were lost and stopped at Jack in the box because it's familiar. We went through. The staff was very rude. I got cold fries and asked to replace them. We got the order and when I came to our room, everything was terrible. The frits appeared in the microwave, the texture was terrible. The hamburger was cold and gummy. I would never go back to this Jack in the box or recommend to anyone else.
I don't quite understand how, for a restaurant that isn't very busy, the curly fries and regular fries can come out cold. It only takes a few minutes to serve them hot! Also, the fact that they only accept credit cards is strange. I thought they might take my info for that, but they don't accept cash at all. That's just odd.
The shake costs $6, but it’s mixed poorly—barely half decent. I would honestly be embarrassed to serve this to a customer. Please improve!
