I think the guy could have been by himself, but it's what it is. The food was terrible, we didn't get the sauces that we specifically asked more, our Jalapeño surgery had nothing on them. My breakfast Burrito was torn. the wY on the side so that I had to get a plate and used a fork, and then I did not even eat it all cuz it was evil. Worst JB experience I've ever had.

Where was David on a Saturday night? The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that David didn't work D/T on this visit. David was so attentive and checked our ENTIRE order for accuracy before he handed it over to us. We live in the neighborhood and we hope David is there when we are hungry at night. He's thorough and I don't have to check for accuracy. It'll be right when David runs D/T. Hopefully we will catch you next time

Came here after a concert from the city and it was at midnight. The drive thru service was terrible and not the best to talk to customers. The good we ordered two meals, 2 ultimate cheese burgers combos. A regular frit and a curly and 2 drinks. The burgers were good, grateful a bit messy, but this is to be expected with the ultimate cheeseburger but the big pommes for both were old it seemed like they were under the lamp forever and got stale and they were cold smh. My drink was fine, but my guys were flat as he will never return to this place again

Now car-dru type was rude. It was not good in the morning or welcome, it was that you need to have exact money. They were from tortillas, the hash brews that we have soaked with fat we have not even to eat, the egg on Croissant was so over boiled it tasted like plastic! When we moved up with our exact money, a homeless man approached the car window! I'm fine to give, but I wasn't a safe place for him or for us. It was dark and alarmed not to think that someone hid around the corner he overrun or worsened. Then, after you get our food, it was not thanks that you have a good day nothing only here and bag in our hand. Have not even eaten the dish we have, because the disappointment with the service and the rest of the food. Maybe a better crew is needed in an hour.

I realize now the drive thru is better than the inside. I mean for fast food, the food to me is great. Is it nutritional..??? Not really…. But it’s good junk food. The inside customer service isn’t the best … you’re better with drive- thru!!
