Javi's Best Of Tex Mex - Austin

Izzy at the bar is one of the best servers I have encountered in years. She always remembers my order and never makes a mistake. I have food allergies, but she always takes care of me. The cheese enchiladas are tasty, but my absolute favorite dish on the menu is the beef fajita nachos.

I am a fan of chips and salsa, so it is essential for a restaurant to impress me with their offerings in order to receive a five-star rating from me. Luckily, this restaurant's chips and salsa were outstanding and deserve all five stars. I do not say this lightly, as taste preferences vary, but this salsa was one of the best I have ever had - just the right amount of spice and freshness. The chips were also served warm and perfectly cooked. I tried the carnitas street tacos, which were delicious, but I cannot speak to the other menu items. The person who greeted and seated me could have been more welcoming and friendly, but I understand as she was young. Finding good help can be a challenge these days. Fortunately, my server was very friendly and attentive.

My two friends and I went to this restaurant for dinner last night. The establishment was clean and spacious, lacking in ambiance but still pleasant. We ordered the La Dama enchiladas, the Blanca's enchiladas, and the Poblano tacos, all of which were excellent. Despite the restaurant being labeled as Tex-Mex, the food was more traditional Mexican cuisine without excessive cheese. The flavors were rich and varied, indicating the presence of a skilled chef in the kitchen. The chips and salsa were also delicious. I highly recommend this place - it's rare to find such high-quality and reasonably priced Mexican food, especially so close to the airport. Unfortunately, we live in Seguin so we can't come here regularly, but we would if we could.

Open space with a bar, booths around the outer walls tables throughout the middle. Fantastic flavored Tex-Mex and drinks and has a few screens to view.

Great place to each Tex-Mex food. I ordered the Verge Enchilada, wished it was more enchiladas. Only came with two. This place is worth checking out if your near the area.
