Lata Tapas - Austin

The meal and the service were great. our only disappointment was that we had to ask someone to serve us after having been sitting for over 20 minutes. the server that took over was great.

Mediocre eating and service. much too expensive for the quantity and quality of the food we receive. our service was late and we ended eating to cancel because it took so long.

New after austin has made us a reservation and grateful. we had a great time. great eating, great atmosphere and environment!

Service a bit slow but loved the food except for the paella which was overcooked and dry.

Disappointing compared to other visits at brunch. The Hortelana paella was relatively meager, not well seasoned (salt), and altogether lacked the flavor we've come to expect and enjoy from our other visits. This, combined with changes to the menu, particularly the further reduced brunch menu, even made us question of the restaurant had a new chef or owner? It's a shame because we were introducing a couple of friends to Barlata today as one of our favorite brunch places in town!
