The 3 flavours I had were: CBD, Ranch something and Chocolate milk. All of them had nuts which happens to be my favourite addition to Icecream, cake or chocolate!
The restaurant offers uniquely creative ice cream flavors that are both unexpected and delicious! Some favorites include lavender lemon, cilantro lime, and too hot chocolate.
As small local business owners, they have the pleasure of seeing their milk and cream go from the cow to your cone. All of their dairy comes from a local, family-owned dairy in Central Texas, and everything from their sauces, syrups, cakes, and marshmallows is made by hand in their kitchen. They churn every batch, make each waffle cone from scratch, and pack each pint by hand to serve up the most honest ice creams possible. They are also dedicated to sustainability, using compostable cups, spoons, and napkins. Their flavors like Cilantro Lime, Dewberry Corn Cobbler, and Sweet Persimmon and Sage are inspired by seasonal offerings from Texas, ensuring a fresh and delicious product year-round. They work closely with local farmers and food artisans to source the finest ingredients for their ice creams.
I can't imagine going back to regular ice cream! I get a medium cup (3 scoops) with 3 different flavor a each time, just so I can try them all. My favorites are Goat Cheese, Thyme, Honey and Too Hot Chocolate. I've been to all three locations (one in San Antonio) but not the new building where the original moved. It's a great experience every time. I cannot recommend Lick enough!
I used to think Amy's was the best until I discovered this place. Wow! The ice cream here is really good, especially if you enjoy unique flavors. Be sure to check the board for the special flavors of the day. I tried the roasted beets and persimmons and they were delicious. Come give it a try!
