We ordered nearly every dish on the menu, but a few items truly stood out: the Beef Entree (I’m not sure of the exact name) was incredibly tender, and the sauce was simply superb. The sesame chicken was a classic choice—juicy and fresh. I also loved the dim sum, particularly the pork and shrimp buns; the accompanying sauces were exceptional. The fried rice was phenomenal as well; I believe we tried two or three different varieties, all of which were delicious. I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the food and the overall experience at Lin’s. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere, bustling even on a Monday night! I highly recommend making a reservation!
This restaurant is an outstanding choice for brunch. I made a reservation for 10:30 AM a week in advance through Resy, and the process was seamless. The soup dumpling skin was incredibly thin and delightful. The atmosphere is airy and light, striking a perfect balance between casual and upscale. The lanterns added a lovely touch that would enhance the ambience, especially for a more intimate evening setting. They also have a nice bar! I highly recommend trying the giant seafood dumpling, yuzu shrimp, Dan Dan noodles, and the Shanghai soup dumplings (XLBs).
Rating: 8.5/10 This restaurant is quite busy and popular, yet the service is impressively quick. The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, making it a great spot to dine. The dim sum and Chinese dishes are solid choices here—while they might be somewhat Americanized, they still retain an authentic flair. I didn't find any particular dish to be exceptional, but the soup dumplings were quite good. **Shanghai Soup Dumplings: 8.5/10** The skin was pleasantly normal and thin. The dipping sauce was flavorful, reminiscent of a sauce typically served with duck. **Spinach Dumplings: 7/10** These had a chewy, starchy skin, and the filling was satisfying, with the spinach flavor being subtle. The accompanying sauce was also excellent, with a more vinegary taste compared to the one served with the soup dumplings. **Sesame Chicken: 7.5/10** This dish had a crispy exterior and was tender inside. It was well sauced, but I recommend ordering steamed rice on the side to balance it out. The addition of pineapples at the bottom was a nice touch. Overall, it’s on par with most other decent sesame chicken dishes. **Dan Dan Noodles: 7/10** These featured a generous amount of peanut sauce at the bottom and a light drizzle of chili oil on top. They were very saucy, so if you enjoy peanut sauce, you’ll likely be pleased. The cucumber slices were a refreshing complement. **Vegetarian Options:** There are decent vegetarian options available, though the menu isn’t particularly focused on vegetarian cuisine.
This place was recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad we came! Everything was delicious. I love the open kitchen. You can see the staff back there creating all the beautiful and delicious food. We will definitely be coming back. Service was great, too. Parking can be challenging, so make sure you leave a buffer for that’s Make sure you make a reservation!
Really good food. Fun cocktails. Very busy definitely make reservations. There was a decent line waiting for them to open when we arrived. They won’t hesitate to ask you to vacate the table once you’re done.
