Very busy, rude staff, and they got my simple iced coffee order wrong. The only reason I have two stars is because the chocolate milk for my son was good. Also, the parking situation is terrible.

A nice small coffee shop to work.There are limited tables inside, so you might have to sit outside if you're working on a laptop. Make sure to charge your devices inside, before you start working outdoor.Coffee is good. They do have lots of non caffeinated drinks.

Merit Coffee and a homemade pop tart. The perfect way to start your day.So glad for this new location. The gal in training at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The seating is good for working or socializing.Keep up the good work.

I ordered an iced latte and it had an unexpectedly sour taste. I'm wondering if the milk might have been expired, as I couldn't even finish the coffee. I left a bit disappointed with my experience today.

They stopped making their own syrups due to increased demand, and overall, the flavor just isn't the same. I used to really enjoy their lattes, but I've stopped going because of this change. I understand that they made this decision to meet customer demand, but I wish they hadn't compromised on quality to such an extent.
