Olive Garden Austin Arboretum

The food was absolutely delicious, and the manager was a true gem! We had a small issue with a stand due to my inquiry, but both the waitress and the host were very helpful. The manager took the time to check on me and made sure we were okay, even taking care of clearing our dishes. The food was incredible, and I left feeling quite full! I highly recommend this Olive Garden.

I visited for lunch and was seated in a corner section of the restaurant. The service was adequate, but it lacked any charm or warmth. I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, while my 12-year-old nephew had a dish with pasta and grilled chicken. He enjoyed his food. My dish was decent, but it felt lacking in character; the sauce was bland, and something was missing. Although the restaurant was busy, there was a noticeable absence of energy.

I was looking forward to my visit. The pickup area was busy as usual, but it wasn't too bad. The food was well-packaged and remained warm until we got home. I often worry that the soups will be only half full, but they did a great job filling them up this time. I didn't have any complaints about the flavor; everything was delicious. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.

Never eat here again! They claimed they would accept paying apples, but if it was time, they then said they could not accept my payment because of the bill. I ask them if they were safe in front of the hand because I didn't want to pay for my meal. If I had to pay money, I wouldn't sit and dinate. Everything went fine until it was time to pay the bill, and when I said I had to pay about apple they then said that they could not accept my payment because the bill is shared. I told them I asked them beforehand and they said it was good. They then said I didn't pay them over the apple and the column bill I did! I don't appreciate being called a liar. I asked AVOID beforehand this situation and they still gave me a hard time. Management please train your workers next time better for the next costumer

Nothing stands out particularly about this location, in my opinion, just another standard Olive Garden. Service and food were ok. Our server was not bad precisely, but we did have to remind him a few times about items we ordered and didn't get to our table in a timely manner. There was parking available and it wasn't busy when I visited.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair accessible parking close to the main entrance.
