I was very disappointed. I waited over 30 minutes for a single duck dish, only to see the staff casually walking over to the food and taking items for themselves right in front of customers. This behavior was very unprofessional. I even saw the so-called manager doing the same thing. Food rating: 2/5.
The restaurant is closed, but people who want to eat there don’t have a way to get to the drive-thru. It was supposed to open at 10 a.m., but there are no signs on the dining room doors indicating that it's closed. Service rating: 1/5.
I really like the food here. The only thing I really have a problem with is that my brother wanted the orange chicken yesterday, no side, and a Teriyaki chicken. I wish he had a small part of Teriyaki Chicken instead of a side he didn't get. So we had to pay the full price for half a bowl. Food: 5/5
I like Panda Express but have noticed that after 7ish PM the entree portions are smaller than the earlier afternoon ones. Probably because they are getting close to closing. It would be nice if you would keep the evening portions same as earlier times.
