Panda Express - Austin

If you're reading this review, I wanted to share my experience with the reception. I clearly communicated my order to the woman at the checkout, but after confirming it, she accused me of ordering premium entrees when I had simply ordered the regular orange chicken and Beijing beef. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something like this has occurred, which is why I felt the need to request confirmation of my order.

I was delighted by the very friendly staff during my recent visit to pick up my order. It's great to see them so happy! I always have a good experience here.

Orange chicken is my favourite. It tastes really good and also this restaurant offers wide variety of sides like honey chicken, kung pah chicken. I tried all of them and its really great. Prices are reasonable and completely worth it. Must try place for an economical price meal with a great taste and portion size.

Bless Judith at this location. Poor girl was working basically by herself during the lunch rush. None of her coworkers even tried to help her out. She was putting together all the instore and online orders. Handing out pick up orders, putting out fresh food, all with a great attitude and being so sweet and polite. She needs a raise and some serious recognition. They were out of the dishes I wanted, but I get it. Seems like they only have Judith working and she can't do everything by herself.

The food was good, but the back terrace, which is a spacious seating area, seems to be poorly maintained. The tables hadn’t been cleaned in days and were covered in black dust, with trash scattered all over the floor, likely left behind by homeless individuals who have been sleeping there. It definitely needs some attention.
