I can honestly say that this was the best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. Our server, Jade, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Even if I weren't a guest at the Fairmont, I would still return just for the breakfast. Food: 5/5

I had breakfast at the restaurant, and I found a few shortcomings. The toast was an extra charge, which I believe should be included by default. The potatoes were excessively salty to the point of being inedible. Although the server offered to replace them, I had already finished my meal by that time. Overall, the meal was good, but it fell short of perfection. Given the hotel and its price point, I expected a higher standard. If everything had been up to par, I would have given it 5 stars.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried a few appetizers. The garlic Parmesan bread was the best I've ever had! The orange chicken wings were delicious—sticky and sweet! We also had the Carne Amore pizza with added red onions. It was incredibly rich, thanks to the ricotta cheese and assorted meats! I highly recommend it! Food: 5/5
